Biography
I am experienced progressively in Mechanical Engineering discipline through industrial exposure (dairy processing), research environment (Post-harvest Technology) and university teaching (Mechanical Design). I can successfully function in a supervisory capacity as well as work as an individual or as a member in a team. Diverse and successful research and development and engineering background with particular expertise in: Food Drying, Machine Design, teaching at tertiary level, Technical and economic evaluations, Statistics and modelling, Experimental methods, publication in peer reviewed journals and course material preparation.
