Teaching
Professional engineering teaching is the primary focus with David teaching sugar processing knowledge to the Australian and sugar industry internationally.
With 20 years of processing experience David is currently one of the lecturers for the Process Engineering unit ENB363 Safety and Environmental Management. He is also assisting in the discussion and direction of the development and refinement of the Process Engineer Syllabus David also undertakes direct industry training for the sugar industry in both Australia and internationally.
