As a Senior Applied Economist, I conduct research on organisational performance, family and individual behaviors in a variety of context and sectors including sustainability, farming, education and health. I have rich experience in conducting applied economic studies that ultimately help understand how people and organisations behave differently and how these lead to variation in their performance.

I am very enthusiastic about applying complex and advanced econometric modelling and operational research techniques to discover new knowledge to support better decision making. I am passionate about using solid understanding of economic and behavioral foundations to leverage meaningful use of big data, especially together with artificial intelligence and machine learning.

I love nurturing young and more junior researchers to conduct researches that deliver social impacts. I am enthused of new learning as well and would like to collaborate to solve industry and social problems. With skills and experience demonstrated through 50+ articles published in leading international journals and successful supervision of 10+ HDR students, I am excited to listen to your stories and your problems that need to be solved.
