Biography

Background Dr Vinesh Chandra is a Senior Lecturer in Technology and STEM Education.
He teaches in undergraduate courses in education that focus on technology, STEM and Global Education.  He also supervises postgraduate research students in these disciplines.
Dr Chandra has also worked on a number of research projects (including projects overseas). More recently he has designed and implemented a course on creating apps for local and overseas students. The courses can be accessed through Futurelearn and QUT’s Blackboard Platforms.

Dr Chandra leads the SEE Project (http://theseeproject.org/) which is actively involved in advancing the print and digital literacy agenda in developing countries. In 2014, he was a visiting expert at UNESCO in Paris. One of his key responsibilities was the design and delivery of a program to trainers of Zambian ICT teachers.
