Biography
Paul has worked in diagostic cytopathology for over 30 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of gynaecological, general non-gynaecological and fine needle aspiration (FNA) cytopathology.
He has had a high level of involvement in the Ausralian Society of Cytology, particularly in the areas of education (past Councillor, Chief Examiner, Chair of Board of Education and current Chair of the ASC Fellowship Examiners). Paul has also been involved in the development of external Quality Assurance and standards in cytology, sitting on numerous national standard setting committees.
Research interests include gynaecological cytology, serous effusion cytology, immunohistochemistry, FNA cytology and cancer diagnostics.
