Rebekah Eden is a lecturer in the Service Science discipline at the Queensland University of Technology. Her research interests lie with understanding the complex interplay between the use, users and success of organizational wide information systems. She is currently conducting research into understanding the effective use of Health Information Systems through examining user capital, technological characteristics, and the context that they are embedded within. Rebekah is a mixed methods researcher, who employs qualitative (case study) and quantitative (survey) methods. Rebekah has prior experience teaching both postgraduate and undergraduate students units related to enterprise systems configuration and use, corporate systems, and business intelligence.
