Biography
I am an experienced haematology and bone marrow transplant nurse and clinician researcher with a joint appointment as a Nurse Researcher in Cancer Care Services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. My programme of research is influenced directly by clinical practice and aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. My research focuses on infection, infection prevention and control, central venous access devices, recognising and responding to deterioration, consumer engagement, supportive and palliative care, and models of care.
