Kellie is an early career researcher, experienced in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Her doctoral work focussed on the wellbeing and player experience outcomes of social contexts of video game play. She has published in leading conferences within the field of Human-Computer Interaction as well as the journal of Games and Culture, and reviewing for Computers in Human Behavior, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies and the ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing. She is currently employed as a postdoctoral research fellow with the MindMax initiative (a collaboration between the AFLPA, University of Sydney and QUT, funded by Movember) to evaluate the user experience and wellbeing outcomes of using a mobile wellbeing application.
