Biography
Richard is a specialist in experience design with extensive expertise in design thinking and strategic foresight. He uses creative insight and human-centred design to solve complex problems. His research focuses on how people interact with the physical environment and digital technologies that has led to the development of new innovative design methods and data visualisation techniques.Richard has over 20 years’ experience in design, spanning both industry and academia and is a Senior Lecturer in Interaction Design, within the School of Design.
