Biography

Levon joined QUT in 2018 after working as a sessional academic at Griffith University since 2012. She was awarded a PhD in 2016. Levon’s PhD focused on financial literacy education practices in a Canadian Aboriginal community. Her research area includes financial literacy education, entrepreneurship education, Indigenous education, mathematics education, and social justice. Levon is currently working on a positive pedagogies research project exploring how primary school teachers foster positive agile learners in inquiry-based mathematics classrooms.
