Dr Andrew Spark

Biography
I am a personality scientist with a focus on extraversion, leadership and psychological well-being. I use a variety of research methodologies (experiment, longitudinal, cross-sectional) and advanced statistical techniques to better understand the link between leadership emergence and trait extraversion, and how behavioural interventions can be employed to improve access to leadership roles for underrepresented groups. Prior to embarking on my scientific career, I spent 15 years in analyst and middle/senior management positions across a range of industries in Australia and New Zealand.Personal details
