George Meijer lectures in Technical Production and is an accomplished industry professional specialising in lighting production. As part of his role at QUT Creative Industries, George coordinates and supervises production activity and plays a major role in the mentoring of student lighting designers.
George was a Vice Chancellor’s teaching fellow in 2003-2004 undertaking research and projects in online student engagement, praxis, feedback and assessment; particularly in direct relation to production/event work.
