Biography
I am a deeply passionate, pragmatic educator; the key focus in my learning activities is developing student capacity for independent thinking, creativity, and experiential practice. I design student-driven experiences that develop skills, learning and initiative in individual areas of passion and excellence. My teaching excellence is evidenced by two QALT fellowships; FHEA and AFHEA (Indigenous), my appointment to the QALT reviewer panel and my success as course co-ordinator – where I lead one of the best performing courses in the Faculty of Health with graduating students with GPA’s of 7.0, an expanding WIL program and excellent HDR and employment outcomes.Personal details
