Biography
Lynda CarnewSenior Research Assistant
Lynda has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a strong interest in academic development and practices including the use of innovative approaches to education and training for emerging health professionals. Lynda is currently working on a Palliative care Curriculum for Undergraduates (PCC4U) Workforce Development project and previously the Palliative care quality project (PCOC) and a Prostate Cancer research evaluation project (Prostate Cancer specialist Nurse evaluation). Lynda has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice to support her teaching role as a sessional academic and unit coordinator. Her sessional tutoring includes a broad range of experience teaching nursing and paramedic subjects for 3rd year bachelor students, health diploma students, and facilitating simulation sessions within the School of Nursing simulation labs.
